ARMS Reliability is a global consulting firm that provides training, services, and proprietary software that helps some of the world's largest resource, utility and power generation companies to achieve business goals through effective asset management and improvements in operational productivity.
The project had many requirements from a strategic, marketing, and technical standpoint, with the primary goal of a new, globally-focused digital presence supported by a Content Management System.
From a strategic viewpoint, the website was repositioned to be the anchor for the marketing team to support the business objective of demand creation. We focused on creating an experience that informs, engages and converts. This required a change in focus from not just solution selling, but also to directly address customer needs.
For asset-intensive organisations, the strategy for how to maintain assets that deliver reliability is a significant contributor to their business performance. We identified multiple personas (roles) within these businesses with specific needs (targeted messaging) for whom easy to digest information was prepared.
Integration with Salesforce supports the display and availability of training courses across the globe, and the capture of customer registrations, payments, and enquires. The technical solution also required the roll-out of multiple sites in different languages maintained by one Content Management System.
A global digital presence that has assisted ARMS in consolidating and strengthening their brand presence and identity in the marketplace, improve the customer experience, increase engagement and have the added benefit of improved search engine results.
