As part of our growth in 2010 Brightlabs is looking to appoint an experienced Solutions Architect / Account Manager in the Queensland market to help grow our market share further in the Online Solutions Industry.
This role sits in between the client and our production team. You are a team focused individual, someone who is pedantic about 'getting it right', and who is comfortable with a bit of travel from time to time. It goes without saying that you bring the technical skills in data design, exceptional written and verbal communication skills and well developed analytical abilities.
Project related responsibilities
- Customer interaction to gather and analyse business requirements
- Analysing desired website workflow and create wire frames and site maps
- Document functional and technical specification
- Communicate specifications to development team
- Assist the Project Manager in the realisation of the project (client communication, delivery of project tasks and ensuring timelines and budgets are met)
- Planning for and assisting with QA and testing in the stabilisation phase of the project
Account management related responsibilities
- Liaise with clients on change requests and communicate project progress
- Write and execute account plans for you clients
- Maintain customer knowledge
