Here at Brightlabs we have staff of varying ages ranging from 21 to 50, all skilled in their own regard. It is interesting though to see how there are differing views on Internet trends and technology depending on their jobs and  age.

While everyone in the business is keenly interested in online technology in general, each group seems interested in a different area. For example the younger web and interactive designers are interested in social online technology whereas the account and project managers seem more interested in emerging trends and online collaboration tools.
