About Han

Han te RieleHan has almost 25 years of experience in the ICT arena, with over 8 years in various director roles at LogicaCMG (a leading IT and business services company, employing 40,000 people). His primary focus will be monitoring client satisfaction and service levels and building our team by recruiting the best talent in the industry. His experience at managing and growing enterprises will give Brightlabs access to a wealth of experience and knowledge that will deliver considerable benefits to clients and further assist us to enhance the quality of our product and service.

Client Satisfaction

In monitoring client satisfaction and service levels, Han will be calling a number of clients over the next couple of weeks to talk to them about their experiences with Brightlabs. Perhaps the most important fact his research must ascertain is whether our clients would be happy to refer Brightlabs to other businesses, associates, family and friends. We feel that this simple question will provide a good indication of our performance overall. However, the devil is in the detail, so Han will more than likely ask a few more quick questions to learn the reasoning behind your response.

Recruiting the best

It is well understood that the success of most businesses is dependent upon the people who work within it. In recognition of this fact, Brightlabs continues to recruit the most talented individuals in the industry through a rigorous interview process in which suitable applicants complete a series of interviews and exams through four separate stages run by senior management and experienced technical staff. As the candidate completes each stage of the process, their performance is discussed with the members of the Recruitment Panel. If at any point, the interviewer in charge of the stage is dissatisfied with the applicant’s performance, the applicant is unable to progress to the next stage. Should the applicant successfully complete all four stages, they will likely be made an offer of employment.
