The realities of Globalisation and the proliferation of Information Technology have impacted on many aspects of our lives.

Brightlabs is determined to actively embrace these changes in order to create excellent solutions that provide value for our clients.

Over the last 12 months, Brightlabs has doubled the number of its employees. Through attracting high quality people from both Australia and around the world our workforce has become highly diversified. By building a multi-lingual and cultural competent workforce, we are increasingly prepared to offer our solutions not only within Australia but globally.

Today, more than one third of our staff originate from overseas or have gained extensive work experience in their areas of expertise outside of Australia. Additionally more than half of Brightlabs employees are proficient in a language other than English.

Amongst others, some of the languages that are now spoken at Brightlabs include English (our office language), German, Hindi, Dutch, Afrikaans, Arabic, French, Urdu, Punjabi, Flemish, php, .net, cobalt, sql, java and html.
