In seeking to enhance their products and services suite, Brightlabs identified AltStudio as a market leader in the provision of content management technology for small to medium sized enterprises. Over the course of several months, Brightlabs and AltStudio negotiated a transaction in which Brightlabs would acquire AltStudio’s business and its intellectual property. This has ensured that Brightlabs continues to strengthen its position in the marketplace as a leading provider of content management solutions, while maintaining the quality of service that AltStudio clients have come to expect.
